In their email, they put Glendale, the same building address as before! Being a liar is part of your company's etiquette and value. He lied! He sent me to other locations, and they said, "No, we are in Glendale." When I returned again, the security guard yelled at me and said, "They moved from here 4 months ago!" On the same day, after one hour, finally, after filing a complaint against them and speaking with more than 20 representatives and supervisors, I received my result from PSI. However, upon arrival, the security informed me that they had moved from there. I had not received my score after 18 days! I was speechless and decided to drive an hour to their headquarters office in Glendale, California, hoping they could do something for me.
I have never seen such an organization in my entire life. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, and they should be shut down.
They lied to me! Being lier is their value etiquette!
